Temporary & Temp-to-Hire: Your fee will include the employee pay rate, Social Security (FICA), Federal Unemployment Insurance Taxes, Payroll Taxes, Workers Compensation Insurance, Job Verification, ACA Compliance, Software and skill assessments, Comprehensive Pre-Screening and Interviewing. Background Checks and Drug Testing can also be provided for an additional fee per company’s specific requirements.
