Receptionist/Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $12.00/hr
 
Purpose of Position:
The Receptionist/Customer Service Representative will support the Account Manager on a daily basis while building center sales and profitability, specifically but not limited to Promotional Products. This person is a vital part of the overall sales & customer service effort provided by Company and therefore must be able to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with employees and the public.
 
Responsibilities:
Operational and Administrative:

Answer incoming calls and direct calls appropriately.

Greet and handle “walk-in” appropriately.

Monitor customer jobs through sales, production and delivery.

Order and tracks incoming and outgoing couriered services.

Assist customer’s pick-up orders.

Assist in order entry.

Assist Graphics in proofing process.

Customer Service Representative:

Provide estimates and enter orders for the Account Managers:

Obtain and accurately communicate customer requirements.

Provide client guidance, support and service:

Serve as liaison between center and customer.

Educate clients’ on capabilities.

Handle client complaints directly, tactfully and quickly in a manner that will exceed the client’s expectations whenever possible.

Provide direct customer contact through Follow-Up Calls.

Work with the Account Managers to insure a high level of customer satisfaction with continued sales growth.

Work with the Production Manager to meet customer’s needs and expectation

General:

Abide by company policies/procedures as outlined in the employee manual.

 
Minimum Requirement:
High School Graduate
Previous experience in CSR position is desired
